Roof Watch LLC., was started in 2020 after spending 20+ years in the commercial roofing industry leading teams on a wide variety of projects. In those years, I came to learn that there are so many homeowners, building owners, landlords, etc., that did not know where to turn when it came to maintaining, repairing, or protecting their personal property from the unforgiving elements mother nature throws at us. Here at Roof Watch, we cater to those that need that place to turn to by assisting in all areas of roofing. We pride ourselves on our commitment to provide a professional and speedy service at all times, whilst maintaining the highest quality of work. We will schedule an on-site visit with you to review your concerns and then create a detailed roof analysis report that provides affordable service options specifically designed around your roof's needs such as preventative and seasonal maintenance plans, immediate repairs, or future necessary repairs to help add some extra life to your roof, and proposals for future roofing construction. The report will provide a prioritized list of recommended improvement options and costs.
